SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

Students will download and fill out page 2 of the Scholarship Application

Students will then submit the following to their School Certifying Official

The Stars and Stripes Scholarship Application, with page 2 completed by the student

Two (2) letters of recommendation
-
The 500-word essay
-
Student's Biography
-
Student's Picture
-
Student's Media Release Form
-

Your School Certifying Official will then fill out page 3 of the Scholarship Application and submit the completed Scholarship Application package on the submission portal

All requested documents must be uploaded to the portal as PDF's

The picture may be uploaded as an image
